Pet Policy

Many of our homes are pet friendly and will accept a maximum of 2 pets. If you apply for or reside in one of our properties and wish to have a pet, you will need to complete an online pet profile and pay a non-refundable pet application fee of $20 for the 1st pet and $15 for the second. If your pet is approved, you will need to pay a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet and sign a Pet Policy and Rules addendum to your lease agreement.

Any pet known to have vicious or dangerous tendencies as defined by Georgia law is not permitted.

Any dog or cat under the age of one year is not allowed.

​

Fish tanks may be no larger than 20 gallons.

​

Birds must be caged at all times.

​

No other animals, reptiles, or insects are permitted including but not limited to: livestock or farm animals, exotic or jungle animals, pigs, skunks, ferrets, monkeys, snakes, lizards, turtles, hamsters, and gerbils.

In the case of questions, Management will make the final determination as to the approval of a pet on the property.

Assistance Animals: If you have an assistance animal or emotional support animal visit https://ironhorsepm.petscreening.com/ and complete a No Pets or Animals profile at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
